MECHSYM’17

Department of mechanical engineering organized the 12th National level Technical Symposium-MECHSYM’17 has been conducted by the Association of Mechanical Engineer, “Innovators” on 17.03.2017. Students from various other colleges have taken an active participation in the Symposium along with other activities. Mr. G.Karthik, Design Engineer, Ford Motors, Chennai, was the Chief Guest. In his address he came out wtih the need of industry for the present scenario. Students made display of the projects at the college entrance. Students from various colleges presented the paper in the symposium. Auto show was arranged with cars from, Honda, TVS, Maruthi Motors made their display for the day. Also free car check up campaign was organized for all Maruthi car vehicle of all faculty in association with Ambal Auto Agencies, Rasipuram. Other events like Quiz, Design contest, Water Rocketry were conducted for the participants and they also take active participation in all of these.
