Lean Six Sigma for Operational Excellence

Department of Mechanical Engineering organized the Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprise, Government of India collaborated Guest Lecture on Lean Six Sigma for Operational Excellence. The Guest lecture was an eye-opener to the student. Dr. Gopal Sivakumar, CEO & Principal Consultant, ISS Intelligent Quality Control, Chennai, whose thoughts on “quality“was redefined. Various methodologies to obtain zero defects were discussed and motivated the students to improve the entrepreneurial skills. More than 50 students participated and benefited with the Guest lecture.
