Department of Management Studies, Muthayammal Engineering College (Autonomous) Rasipuram organised the FINANCE CLUB INAUGURATION AND GUEST LECTURE ON “IMPACT ON GST” on 09th October 2017 in F.W.Taylor Hall at the College Premises. The chief Guest of the function CA.R.Saranya B.Com,ACA., Accounts Manager Aavin, Salem. She has advised the students to increase the knowledge in finance because every company has running successfully because of the strength in the financial positions She has taken the full session about GST; GST stands for “Goods and Services Tax”, and is proposed to be a comprehensive indirect tax levy on manufacture, sale and consumption of goods as well as services at the national level. Its main objective is to consolidates all indirect tax levies into a single tax, except customs (excluding SAD) replacing multiple tax levies, overcoming the limitations of existing indirect tax structure, and creating efficiencies in tax administration.
