Data warehousing and Datamining

Guest lecture on “Datawarehousing and Datamining” organized by the Department Of Information Technology on 22.08.2016 at 10.00 am in Programming Laboratory. Professor E.Punarselvam, HOD/IT welcomed the Chief Guest Dr. M. Thangamani, Professor/ CSE/ Kongu Engineering College. Dr. M. Thangamani emphasised about Data warehousing and Data mining is all about Storage and retrieval of large amount of data. It is also related to Big Data.  Data mining is discovering the useful pattern from a large database.  Students enrolled actively and learnt fruitful things from the resource person. Prof.E.Punarselvam honored the chief guest with special memento.
