The event was started at 11.15 am on 15.2.23.Welcome address was given by HoD /Mech Dr.N.Natarajan. Guest lecture introduction was given by Dean/ TL Dr.S.Sundaram. The Chief guest gave the introduction about additive manufacturing and types with applications. Various fields were discussed. The programme ended at 12.20Pm.Additive manufacturing is a process of making three dimensional object. There are several types of 3D printing, which includes: Stereolithography (SLA) Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). All the types were discussed with examples.
