VLSI Design Technology is an exclusive Undergraduate Program that aims to prepare skilled graduates with extensive knowledge of VLSI Circuits and Systems for Semiconductor Industries. The Program emphasizes the key aspects of software and hardware design and development for VLSI applications. The Program emphasizes the complete design flow of electronic chip from design entity to chip fabrication which includes Device Modeling, VLSI Circuits and System Design, Physical Design, VLSI Fabrication Technologies, Chip Packaging, VLSI Testing and Verification, Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) Based System Design and System on Chip (SoC) Design. The VLSI Domain plays a major role in various Industry Sectors like Automotive, Health Care, Handheld and Consumer Products, Space and Avionics, Robotics and Automation, Communication Systems, Quantum Computing, Multimedia Devices etc.
