Department of Management Studies, Muthayammal Engineering College Rasipuram organized a “TALENTZ-16” on 23.12.2016 in Seminar Hall-I at the College Premises. The Chief Guest of the function Dr.D.Kanchana, Assistant Professor & Head, Department of Business Administration, Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Namakkal, highlighted failures are the stepping stones for success and also encouraged the students to utilise the available opportunities to the maximum and bring out their hidden skills in the competitions without any inhibitions.
