HR CLUB INAGURATION

Muthayammal Engineering College (Autonomous) Rasipuram, Department of Management Studies has organized the HR Club Inauguration on 22.12.2018. The Chief Guest Dr.S.Saravanakumar, National Trainer, JCI India has highlighted the prime qualities and role of an HR Manager in an modern organisation in global scenario and also sir has explained about various opportunities available in HR department for the students to become a manager. Sir has conducted the activities like tourist management, time management through this event, sir has explained the strategies that how to become a best leader and how to lead the team like that. Students are very much involved in the activities and learnt the concepts.
