Current Recruitment process in IT sector

Chief Guest Mr.N.V.Sudhakar, Software Engineer, L & T infotech, Chennai, student of 2016 passed out batch was introduced by the Dr.M.Moorthy, Head of the Department to the II year MCA students. Alumni interacted with the students and gave tips about profile preparation and current recruitment process in IT sector. He also discussed about his company recruitment procedure and the normal expectations of product and service based companies. He insisted on the students to update their technical skill to meet industry requirements. Finally, every student got the knowledge about how to prepare a profile and what the company expects from the students.
