The National Level Technical symposium SymMaS – 22 organized by Department of Management Studies of Muthayammal Engineering College on 13.07.2022 .The Event started with prayer song by Final year MBA Students . Dr.P.Ganapathi, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Management Studies welcomed the gathering and Presented the Mementos to all the Dignitaries.

Dr.B.Gopi, Dean-Product & Consultancy felicitated the function and he motivated the students to develop various products useful for the society and asked MBA Students to come up with new startups. Respected Principal Dr.M.Madheswaran presided the gathering and stressed students regarding goal setting and working towards success to progress in academic and in career (GAPP), He also elaborated about LUCK- abbreviation and insisted students to practice LUCK in their day to day life. Ms.Sarumathi, I-MBA Student- Secretary, of Department of Management Studies, introduced the chief guest Dr.Rupa Gunaseelan, Director I/C and Professor, BSMED, School of Management, Barathiar University, Coimbatore.

The guest of honor inaugurated SymMaS-2022. Dr. Rupa Gunseelan in the special address highlighted the importance of detailed knowledge for the students and the various technologies students should learn to accomplish in life and initiated the self learning process through VUCA-Concept and also Madam explained abour various prospective and styles of leadership. Dr. Rupa Gunseelan released the souvenir of SymMaS-22. Around 118 students from various colleges in and around Tamil Nadu actively participated in various events like Paper Presentation, Business Quiz, Master Mind, and Ad-zap.

In the valedictory function, prizes and certificates were distributed by Mrs. B. Dhivyadharshini, Founder CEO, Right Fox Consulting, Salem. In her special address pointed various skill required by the students to attain Global employment opportunities. Finally, Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr.M.Gowrishankar, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies. On the whole SymMaS-22 was a grand success.
