International Women’s Day was celebrated in Muthayammal Engineering College on 07.02.2026 with the Theme of WomenZa-2026 – Give to Gain. The celebration was exclusively for Girl students and Female faculty in the college. Nearly 15 events were organized for 1500 students like Poster presentation, Idea Contest, Poetry and Essay writing, Fireless Cooking, Henna Art, Dance competition etc., and the students who win in the competition was awarded with Prizes and Certificates. Smt.G.Umarani, Executive Director, Muthayammal Engineering College was Honored the Guests. The Chief guest Smt.Velumayil, Secretary , Dist. Legal Service Authority, Namakkal was preside over the function. Smt. R.Poornima, Correspondent and Principal, Shree Swamy Matric Hr. Sec. school was participated as guest of Honor. Finaaly, with the cultural events the programme was concluded with a grand success.
