Muthayammal Engineering College and Muthayammal College of Engineering, Rasipuram celebrated Graduation day on Saturday, 25.02.2023 at the college premises. The celebration started with the dignitaries’ Academic Procession.
Mr.S.Krishnamurthy, Vice President, Corporate Personnel & Industrial Relations, Brakes India Private Limited, Chennai, delivered the graduation address. In his address, he congratulated the graduates, and he insisted that all the Engineers should feel proud of India to born as Indians. He mentioned that our country growth depends in the hands of engineers for various technological growths and he stated that India holds first place in the growth of engineering graduates. He also insisted that all the graduates were responsible citizens for the challenges of the country. He pointed out that innovative and creative were the two skills necessary for Engineers and also added that trust and truth were important for Engineers to work in various fields.
He guided the graduates of today have had many opportunities to work and to improve their professional career and life. He also encouraged the graduates that they should choose their career with passion and interest and to work hard.
The HoDs of each department, read out the names starting with distinction followed by certificate distribution to the graduates with the guest of honour. In this ceremony, more than 500 UG & PG students including university rank holders from various branches received their degrees. Parents expressed joyful gratitude to the faculty and the management for molding their wards as professionals in the course of study in our Institution.
Muthayammal Educational Trust & Research Foundation Chairman, Shri.R.Kandasamy, Secretary, Prof.Dr.K.Gunasekaran, Joint Secretary, Engineer G.Raghul, Tmt.Ammani Kandasamy and Tmt,Umarani Gunasekaran, Trustees, wished and congratulated all the graduates. The dignitaries were welcomed by Dr.M.Madheswaran, Principal of Muthayammal Engineering College. Dr.A.Ayyakkannu, Director, Industry Relations and Projects congratulated all the graduates.
Dr.G.Sudarmozhi, Dean of Student Affairs, proposed the vote of thanks and the function ended with the National Anthem.
