A reunion for the first batch of students from 2000 to 2004 was organized by the Alumni Association in collaboration with the Muthayammal Educational Trust and Research Foundation. Over 30 alumni attended the gathering, reminiscing about their experiences with friends and faculty after 21 years.
Chief Guest Dr. K. Gunasekaran, Secretary of Muthayammal Engineering College, along with Dr. M. Madheswaran, Principal of Muthayammal Engineering College, attended the event and contributed to its success.
Mementos and gifts were presented to both alumni and faculty members who had taught the first batch of students. The alumni visited their old classrooms and laboratories, exploring the entire campus and reliving their memories while capturing moments on camera. Enjoyable events were planned for the alumni, who fully embraced the experience as if they were students again.
