The AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy Sponsored Six-day Faculty Development Programme on “Design Thinking for Prototype Development with 3D Printing: From Ideation to Production” is an exquisite event organized by the AICTE IDEALAB (AICTE/IDC/IDEA202000186/21) at the Muthayammal Engineering College. This remarkable program, commenced on date of 27.11.2023, aspires to elevate the knowledge and expertise of the faculty members who have graciously chosen to participate.
In this Inaugural function Dr. P. Suresh, Dean-Research and the coordinator of the Faculty Development Programme, extended a warm and cordial welcome to all the Participants. Dr. M. Madheswaran, the Principal of Muthayammal Engineering College, graced the occasion with his presence and felicitated the program.
We are truly honored and privileged to have the presence of Dr. A. Kumaravel, Dean from K.S.R. College of Technology, Tiruchengode, as our Chief Guest for the Inaugural Function. Dr. Kumaravel, with his vast knowledge and expertise, conducted an enlightening session as a Resource Person, leaving an indelible mark on the minds of all the participants. Lastly, Dr. T. Aravind, the co-coordinator of the Faculty Development Programme, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all the participants for their active involvement and enthusiastic participation in the inaugural function. It is indeed a matter of great pride that a total of 50 faculty members from various Engineering Colleges have registered for this Faculty Development Programme and are eagerly participating in this event, adding to its grandeur and success.
Sessions were conducted with professionals from various organizations and industries. The valedictory function of this event was conducted on the sixth day of the FDP on 02.12.2023. During this occasion, the participants expressed their profound experiences and euphoria derived from their invaluable learning’s throughout the FDP.
