Muthayammal Engineering College in Rasipuram, in collaboration with C Sharp Corner, hosted a National Level webinar on March 20, 2025, entitled “Live Discussion on Startups and Career Growth,” which was facilitated by Mahesh Chand. The event attracted over 1,100 student participants. Mahesh Chand shared invaluable insights on how to successfully launch startups and advance in one’s career. The discussion covered essential topics such as establishing a business from the ground up, navigating role transitions and the significance of networking and mentorship. He also addressed strategies for scaling businesses while ensuring a healthy work-life balance and examined various funding avenues, including bootstrapping and venture capital. The students actively participated in the discussions, acquiring practical knowledge related to entrepreneurship and career advancement. In summary, the session provided actionable insights for aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals aiming to progress in their careers.
