Department of Master of Business Administration organized a workshop on “Challenges for Women’s Entrepreneurship” on February 19, 2025. The session featured Mrs. K. Kaviarasi, Managing Director of Kayels Creation, Salem, a distinguished entrepreneur successfully balancing both business and family responsibilities. During the workshop, She provided valuable insights into emerging trends in entrepreneurship and offered practical guidance to students on creating figurines and architectural elements for ornamental applications. In addition, she addressed the specific challenges faced by women entrepreneurs, such as limited access to funding, social and cultural barriers, work-life balance and restricted networking opportunities. She also highlighted various business opportunities available through the Tamil Nadu Startup and Innovation Mission and provided strategic guidance on developing a business plan to help students succeed as future entrepreneurs.
